About Us

Aaron has been engaged in investment real estate for more than 6 years. He graduated in 2003 from Michigan State University with a degree in Supply Chain Management. He spent several years working in logistics & operations in the semiconductor industry in Austin before leaving to pursue an interest in Real Estate Investment.

In 2008, Aaron took a position at a real estate investment hedge fund. While there, he spent 6 years in a strategic capacity scaling and growing a national investment and property management platform. Expanding his reach and knowledge of Real Estate, Aaron successfully obtained and still holds broker's licenses in 5 states, including Texas, Nebraska, Iowa, Louisiana and Georgia. He also traveled to innumerable parts of the country, spending time with brokers nearly every major market nationally; all the while discovering, learning and adapting a model for the industry's best Real Estate, Investment and Property Management practices. That model is Morris Green Properties.

Brianna began her career as a financial analyst at Yardi, one of the most admired multi-realm service providers in the property management industry. While there, she developed a unique insight toward the qualities which drive successful property management companies - insights which she used to help construct Morris Green Properties effectively.

Brianna is a consummate professional, acting as the CFO for Morris Green. She brings an executive-level professionalism, discipline and acumen rarely found in the small business realm.

Brianna and Aaron have lived and worked in the Austin market for more than 10 years. They reside in the Allendale / Brentwood area and spend a great deal of their time outside of work engaging in the local community with organizations such as The Ronald McDonald House of Central Texas, SXSW, and the Capitol Area Food Bank.

Andy is responsible for the generation of business opportunities relating to agency leasing, property management, construction management and project development. This includes oversight of business relationships with owners, investors, lenders, brokers and tenants. Andy has over 20 years of experience in investment real estate leasing and brokerage. He has experience in building his own rental portfolio as well as helping others realize their real estate goals. Andy attended college at Ohio State University & joined Morris Green Properties in 2014.

A passion for design, architecture and working with people is what motivated me to begin my real estate career. I attained my real estate license in college while simultaneously earning a degree in Finance at the University of Texas at Austin. After graduation, I accepted a position with a digital advertising agency based in Austin where I helped create, launch and manage high-volume, product-based online campaigns for internet retailers. Towards the end of a rewarding five-year run with this company, I decided to pursue a career in real estate full-time.
